DORO YAYI political group in Ifo Local Government, Ogun State, has officially inaugurated its newly elected Executive Committee (EXCO) during a colourful ceremony attended by members, supporters, community leaders, and party stakeholders.
The event, held on Sunday 10th of May, 2026 held at Alibrimo street beside, Yahlafet house, Agbagi, off gas line, Ifo, Ogun State. To marked a new chapter for the organization as the newly inaugurated executives pledged to promote unity, progress, and effective leadership within the group.
Speaking during the inauguration, the State Coordinator for DORO YAYI, Prince Adesubomi Adebowale, charged the new executives to remain committed to the ideals and objectives of the organization. He emphasized the need for teamwork, transparency, and dedication in moving the group forward.
According to him, the inauguration was not just a celebration of leadership but a call to service and responsibility, by ensuring a total victory for reelection of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI as the Governor of Ogun State come 2027..
“Our mission is to strengthen the structure of this group, empower our members, and contribute positively to the political development of our community, State and the nation at large,” he said.

Affairs, Mrs Alade Rukayat, Mrs Lawal Aderonke state finance dir. Mr Lawal Onaolapo mobilization & Central secret. Mr Lukmon Ismail Asst youth leader Ifo LG II. Mrs Junaid Oriyomi women LG II, Mr Babalola Sulaimon Organizing secretary Ifo LG II, Mr Adeyinka Adekusibe LG II. Mrs Oso Olaide Toibat - Auditor, Mr Adebayo Richard PRO, Mr Aliko Ebenezer welfare, Mrs Awosanya Tawakalitu, Mrs Olayiwola Morufa treasurer, Mr Adebisi Sulaimon legal adviser, Mrs Ojo Oluwatosin Secretary, Mrs Aregbesola Fadekemi Asst finance secret and Mr Kayode Adebowale leader.
In his acceptance speech, the newly elected and Inaugurates Coordinator Mr Junaid Jelili expressed gratitude to members for the confidence reposed in the new leadership. He promised that the EXCO would work tirelessly to uphold the vision of the group and ensure total victory as we're entering another political era in Nigeria.
He also called on all members to support the new administration in achieving its goals.
Highlights of the event included the administration of oath of office, presentation of certificates, goodwill messages from invited guests, and cultural performances.
Members of the group described the inauguration as peaceful, successful, and a sign of renewed commitment toward strengthening the political structure ahead of future engagements.
The ceremony ended with prayers for unity, growth, and success for the newly inaugurated Executive Committee.
