        The Ogun State Government through the Ministry of Health will setup a COVID-19 vaccination point at the Royal Palace of the Olota of Ota, Oba (Prof.) Adeyemi Obalanlege, between December 7 to 14, 2021 in commemoration of the 2021 OdunOmo Iganmode Cultural Festival.

         

         A release signed by the Chairman, OdunOmo Iganmode Central Planning Committee, Aare Ayodele Bankole, stated that, considering the large number of people who are yet to have access to Covid-19 vaccine, the State government has offered to bring the vaccination exercise to Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government.


              It urged the people of Otta and its environment to take advantage of the opportunity and get vaccinated in line with the Ogun State Government directives on Covid -19 measures and controls.

         

         The release further stated that the week-long edition tagged, “Culture: A Module for Sustainable Leadership in Nigeria”, is geared towards an unprecedented display of the Awori cultural values and ethics.
