Housing development continues to gain momentum in Ogun State under the Prince Dapo Abiodun-led administration, with several structured residential projects reshaping the state’s urban landscape. One of such projects is Prince Court Estate, Kobape, Abeokuta, a multi-phase housing scheme commissioned under the current government.
Prince Court Estate spans Phases One to Four and has emerged as one of the fastest-growing residential locations in the state. Strategically located a few minutes from Lagos, the estate enjoys good road connectivity to Abeokuta and major Lagos corridors, making it attractive to homeowners, professionals, and investors.
Beyond Prince Court, the Prince Dapo Abiodun administration has continued to expand housing delivery across the state through residential schemes in Sagamu, Ilaro, Kemta (Abeokuta), Ijebu-Ode, Warewa, and Iperu, alongside other completed estates including Ibara GRA and PMB Estates. Upcoming projects such as Siun Estate, Havilah Estate, and ISEYA Courts in Abeokuta further reflect the government’s sustained commitment to housing development.
These developments underscore a broader drive towards structured urban growth, improved housing access, and the creation of sustainable communities across Ogun State.
