Nigeria should not capitalized on past experience, as experience is not the best teacher - Rev. Ajose

By Olawale Olayinka, Abeokuta

Nigerians has been advised not to capitalized on the past experience over security challenges facing our nation because experience is not the best teachers.

Rev. Dr Ajose Ezekiel stated this yesterday while fielding question from pressmen, during Sunday service to  commemorates (2025 Oluwa Damilare) annual convention held at First Baptist Church Ilu-Ata quarters, Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government, Ogun State.

Oluwa Damilare is annual program established by retired Rev. Solomon Jare Olagunade, a 21day fasting and prayer, end with anointing service cum praise and worship night.

According to Rev. Ajose, he explained that experience is a best teacher as we rightly said and this particular statement has been ruling over years. But it's not a good words for this present generation, because the present of holy spirit as change the narrative.

He said. experience is the best teacher but is killing us because we failed to look inward by inviting the most high God to work. and provide all security architecture for the gallant officer than allowed them to be killed by terrorist during encounter in the forest.

He said, if we says experience is the best teachers simply means that such person we remain stagnant and where is the position of the holy spirit then. Many homes and families still capitalized on this and there life still reman the same, by comparing years with one anothers.

He added that we should not capitalized on our past experience and if we're not a failure. And we should not limit the hand God and allowed holy spirit to have is way in our routine activities.

He added that, our past experiences is responsible for a lots of issues and collapse in homes and marriages within short period of time, because of the we our father and mother live there own life's.

"At a time experience can be a curse, because we inherited it from our forefathers.Don't continue to capitalized on the past experience. We should not used past experience to judge our present. When David was going to battle, he never look at the past experience of is father and he conquer. But if he depending on the past experience his father might not have victory over the enemy then"

Nigeria leaders were depending on the past experience and that is the reason we keep failing over banditry, terrorist, kidnapping and other vices.
