    Nigeria’s Super Eagles secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Rwanda in their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match, thanks to a decisive strike from Tolu Arokodare.

    Arokodare scored the only goal of the encounter in the 51st minute, ensuring that Nigeria claimed all three points in the must-win clash.

    Despite Nigeria’s dominance, Rwanda’s goalkeeper, Fiacre Ntwari, produced several impressive saves to keep the scoreline respectable and prevent further damage.

    The victory lifts the Super Eagles to 10 points in Group C of the qualifiers, boosting their hopes of securing a spot at the 2026 World Cup.
