    The Governor of Abia state Alex Otti has declared that every member of his family are billionaire.

    Alex Otti stated this on his Instagram page.

    He said, "I am a billionaire, my sons are billionaires, I have only 3 children, no Godfather brought me into power, Abia money will go into Abia, I am looking to compete with Dubai, not Lagos - Governor Alex Otti |
