The state chairman of Riders Owners Motorcycle Organization (ROMO) has warned the general public and motorcyclist in the state against the illegal selling of Arewa riders ticket, as it's totally against state government rules and regulations.
This was contained in a statement signed by Riders and Owners of Motorcycles Organization (ROMO) today in Abeokuta.
Hon. Razaq Sotayo popularly called Solebo disclosed this in Abeokuta during a press briefing with the ROMO Media after discovering the sales of the illegal ticket which was not authorized by the Ogun State Government.
Sotayo explained that, the Ticket was tagged Arewa Cooperative Riders Ticket and it was sold for two hundred naira. And it was not authorized to be sold and should not be purchase by any riders in Ogun State.
However, it is expected that special adviser to governor on ethnic matters and Mallam Ibrahim Hassan Hassan III
Sarkin Hausawa of Egbaland should look into this, by stopping the publication of the fake and unauthorized riders ticket.
He said, AREWA COOPERATIVE RIDERS ticket is Unauthorized, therefore it should be noted that anyone found selling it will be arrested and sanctioned for the sale of it and no rider in Ogun State should collect the ticket but rather notify the police of such act with immediate effect”.
While we say, no to fake ticket in Ogun State, no to authorized riders tickets and no to Arewa Riders ticket
