    25 years old boy defeated Yobe Speaker Hon. Mirwa

    Hon. Lawal Musa, 25 years old, defeated the current speaker of the Yobe State House of Assembly, ending the 20-year reign of Hon. Mirwa. 

     This young honourable was born in 1998. He was 5-years old when Rt. Hon. Mirwa was first elected as Member representing Nguru Outside Constituency, Yobe State. 

    The Honourable Speaker arrested Lawal for his Facebook post, and when the boy regained his freedom, he decided to engage the Honourable Speaker at the polls. People were laughing at him and discouraging him, but he kept pushing.
