The Ijebu-Ode Local Governments has stated palliative work on roads across the Local Government.
The works started on the Saka Ashiru Street, in front of Okenla House, and the Ijebu-Ode Club Road.
Alhaji Babatunde Emilola-Gazal, the Executive Chairman of
of the Council, explained that a number of roads will be touched in the first phase of the palliative efforts, aimed at making driving more pleasant to people in the Local Government.
While seeking the continued understanding of thee populace, he assured them that state Government will soon begin the rehabilitation of more Roads in the Local Government and promised that efforts will be doubled to ensure that many other Roads are attended to, especially as the raining season gradually winds up.
