Ijebu Ode, Odogbolu, Atan State Assembly Court Case: Court Adjourn Till 27 of June, 2022

Federal High Court, Sitting in Abeokuta, under Justice J.O AbdulMalik of court room 2, has adjourned cases Suit No/FHC/AB/92/22 between Ayanbajo Adewale John, Olaleye Kolawole and Oretuga Oluwaseun Owolabi against
Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Oludais Yusuf, Adeleue Lukmon, and Adesanya Seun and Independent National Electoral Commission INEC till Monday, 27th of June, 2022. 

The plaintiff are comrade Ayanbajo Adewale John of Ijebu-Ode State constituency and Olaleye Kolawole of Odogbolu state Constituency with suit No/FHC/AB/92/22 and Oretuga Oluwaseun Owolabi of Ijebu Northeast Atan state constituency of suit No/FHC/ AB/15/93/22.

According to the justice J.O Abdul-Malik, said their is no defendants present in court. As the 1st and 2nd defendants has been served notice of court and the bailiff should revisit and re-serve 3rd defendants letter, . And they should all present in the next sitting on Monday 27th of June, 2022.

Barrister Olufemi Idris of Dewpoint Legal Practitioner, said they are making progress and he believed so much I. The judiciary.

According to Ayanbajo Adewale John, of Ijebu Ode local government And Olaleye Kolawole of Odogbolu state Constituency said, Oludais Yusuf and Adeleye Lukmon was the one that use the fake delegates list used in the two local government and not to parade himself as the winner of the Kangaroo election held on 22 of May, 2022

And Orutuga Oluwaseyi Owolabi of Ijebu Northeast Atan State constituency want Court not to recognize the 3rd defendants Adesanya Seun as the winner for deseferanchase the original delegates not to participates in the Elections based on the selfish interest and also used fake delegates list to accredited members to votes.

While pray that the 1st defendants is a member of People Democratic Party PDP and aspirants to become a candidate. The defendant is the registered Political party in Nigeria. And the defendant is contesting to become a candidate of PDP for the Election into Ijebu Ode, Odogbolu and Ijebu Northeast Atan State constituency respectively.

The defendant is the agency of federal government statutorily, charged to oversee Political parties in Nigeria.

And 2nd and 3rd defendant should not be allowed to proceed or continue to act or parade themselves as a candidate s of the 1defendants in the Election into Ijebu Ode, Odogbolu and Ijebu Northeast Atan State Assembly seat under the Ogun State People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Furthermore, we believe that,it will be in the interest of justice to grant the the relief sought in this judgement.
