Former Allied Peoples Movement in the last general election has appealing for unity among the people of Ogun West Senatorial District toward the forthcoming general election.
Hon. abdul-Kabir Adekunle Akinlade popularly called Triple As stated this during a meeting with Ogun West APC leaders, held at Ilaro town hall today.
Hon. Hon. Adekunle Akinlade who was a
former member of the Federal House of Representatives, Chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress and former governorship candidates for Allied Peoples Movement APM in 2019 general election.
He meet with the leaders of the party in Ogun West Senatorial District to discuss critical issues ahead of 2023 general elections, especially as it affects the zone.
He, intimated them his efforts in the last two years, while appealing for unity among the people of the region towards the forthcoming poll.
In addition, the former Senator Iyabode Anisulowo commend the Hon. Adekunle Akinlade for his observation and bringing leaders and who is who in Ogun west together to deliberate way forward.
Leaders in attendance at the stakeholders meeting include; Senator Iyabo Anisulowo, Engr. Akintanmide, Hon. Kola Lawal, Alhaji Suraj Olusesi, Mrs Iyabo Irokosu, Hon. Bashir Fadairo, Hon. Samuel Dada, Chief Dele Rufai, Engr. Sulaimon Awode, Chief Fatai Ajibola, Hon. Bayo Adeyemi, Dr. Ogunsiji, Hon. Rotimi Rahmon, Chief Wole Elegbede, Hon. Bolanle Gbeleyi.
Other party leaders at the meeting are; Hon. Jamiu Yakubu, Hon. Saheed Alagbe, Hon. Ebenezer Oniyide, Hon. Josu Amos, Hon. Tosin Adeluyi, Hon. Rasaq Adeagbo, Hon. Moses Adegbite, Alhaji Alani Adejumo, Hon. Rahmon Alebiosu among others.
