Indigenes of Ilaje who are doing fish business in Akwa-Ibom have began to count their loses in the recent attacks launched on in the State.
The clash happened at Terminal, Ibeno Local Government of Akwa Ibom State where several persons have been killed and properties worth millions have been destroyed.
The Ilaje people who hails from Ondo State is calling on the government and security agencies to come to their aid.
Houses, fishing equipment and other properties belong to the Ilaje people were burnt.
The government of Ondo State and Akwa-Ibom must address this as a matter of urgency.
Several of the Ilaje people in Ibeno LGA are running for safety to save their lives.
