The Councillor representing Elega Ward 04, in Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon Ayotunde Nasiru receives an award as an outstanding legislator of the year.
The Award ceremony took place at the Valley View Government House, Isale Igbeyin.
In Attendance were Mrs Olodude, Hon.Mubarak Salisu, representing Ogun Central And National Youth Parliament in Abuja; Hon. Wale Bello, Hon. Ayotunde Nasiru, Mrs Nasiru Oluwatosin, Hon. Sanmi, Mr Wale Egbeyemi, Hon. Makanjuola Soliu (Maja) And Deacon Adeyemi Oluwatosin.
It was recall that many people voted for Hon Ayotunde Nasiru after the nomination of three people because of his outstanding performances through out the State.
Some of the outstanding performance of Hon Ayotunde Nasiru to his people are as follows;
He facilitated free surgical outreach within and outside his ward.
Moreso, He also facilitated one Health insurance per CDA within his ward which is about 45 CDA'S
Hon Ayotunde Nasiru was the first Councillor ever to organize a town hall meeting with his people and proper monitoring of primary schools within his jurisdiction.
He is a philanthropist in all he does and his courage in standing for his people is second to none.
As he bags the award from the Ogun state chapter of the National Youth council of Nigeria as The outstanding Legislator of the year LG.
Finally he return all Glory to the most high for making this possible and also for making the will of God prevail over his live.
