CHAIRMAN ABEOKUTA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT FLAGS OFF FREE SURGICAL OUTREACH

Today 4th December 2021, the Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government Prince (Hon.) Adebayo Ayorinde flagged off a free surgical outreach initiated by Common Health Foundation, Human Concern Foundation in conjunction with Zakat and Sadaka Foundation at Ward 4 Imala Abeokuta North Local Government. 

Present at the event are The Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government Prince  Adebayo Ayorinde, Hon Nasiru Ayotunde chairman committe one works and Secretary to The Chairman Commitee on Health Abeokuta North Local Government, Medical Practitioners, Community Leaders and members of the community such as Prince Dasaolu, chief mrs Olashupo  ,Alhaji Ogedengbe, Alhaji korodo and of course the Arakanga CdC secretary in person of prince Adebayo Adewunmi Adeola.

One of the The convener of the project in person Dr Adefuyi Medical director of HOB hospital, appreciated Hon. Adebayo Ayorinde for his support towards providing a better health care for the people of Abeokuta North Local Government. 

He said the outreach is to support the government effort in the health sector and seek for more support from the Chairman.

No fewer than 50 people were given free surgical attention to flag off this project.

Hon Adebayo Ayorinde on his part stated that his administration has placed a priority on health as one of the cardinal points, noting that only a healthy individual can participate in the development of the society. 

He appreciated the conveners on the outreach for supporting the government in providing health care for the people of the local government and promised his support for subsequent project of the NGOs. 

He further promised that his administration will continue to do more to provide a more accessible, reliable and affordable health care through health insurance for the people of Abeokuta North Local Government.
